Below you will find some of our more frequently asked questions.

  • Is there parking nearby?

    There is a car park directly outside which is Free for 3 hours, this car park is camera operated and you will be sent a ticket if you go over 3 hours. We recommend for colour and longer appointments to park in the pay and display car park in Burford Street to the rear of the salon so you can relax and enjoy your time with us with no interruptions.

  • Do I need a patch test? I've had colour loads of times at other places and never had an reaction?

    I’m afraid so, None of our team would ever perform a chemical service without the necessary patch test and associated rules. This is a legal requirement to keep our guests and team safe.  As long as your last visit hasn’t spanned over 6 months since your last chemical service and there are no changes you may not need a patch test on every colour. If the guest hasn’t visited in the last six months then they must be retested.

  • Why do I need to pay a deposit?

    We take a deposit for every booking made if a guest has been here less than 3 recent times, or has had a 4 month or larger gap between appointments, or a record of missed or late cancelled appointments. Our stylists time is valuable and failure to attend appointments has a direct impact o the stylist financially. Exceptional circumstances will be taken in to consideration.

  • Do you do wedding hair?

    We have a specialist wedding team that can help take the pressure off you on your wedding day. Long hair wedding styles are one of our specialities. We are highly experienced in the art of creative hair design, along with fitting tiaras & veils. We recommend you book a trial run prior to your wedding day. We provide a service for the whole wedding party from the bride, bridesmaids to the bride’s mother. We can even offer an on location service, visiting you in the comfort of your own home or a chosen venue.

  • What if I cant make my appointment?

    We require 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment free of charge, however no shows and cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointment we charge £20 as it has a direct financial impact on the stylist.

  • Can I book online?

    Yes! we encourage you to book online, we have a fantastic online booking system which allows you to choose your stylist, see all prices, offers and services. Also you can see the availability and tailor your appointment to what suits you. We require a £1.50 deposit to book online which will come off your final bill.

  • Do you have any special offers?

    We are really proud to be able to offer special offers  throughout the  year for new and existing clients, we value all our clients and believe offering offers on products and services exclusively for our clients is very important!

  • Do you offer vouchers?

    We offer vouchers that can be topped up to any amount you wish and last for 1 year.

  • What if i don't know what i want to do with my hair?

    We have a lot of first clients that don’t know what they want and that’s what we are here for, before every service we give a complementary consultation discussing with you want to achieve and how we can achieve that, always putting the condition of your hair first, offering 365 days of hair care advice!
